The purchase must be made only through the appropriate form on our site.

Considering how each of our jewels is a handmade creation, in some cases it could take up to 20 working days to produce it.

After placing the order, we at Pitò will send you an email confirming the purchase and another email informing you of the production status and sending of the order.

PRICE

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT, packaging and shipping costs throughout Italy.

For delivery to European Union countries (for a fee) no customs duty is applied.

For delivery outside the European Union countries, customs duties and the completion of the related procedures will be paid and managed by you.

We reserve the right to change the price at any time. Purchases already made will be kept at the price paid at the time of the order.

GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our jewelery is made of gold, silver or plated bronze (gold, rose gold, rhodium), plastic, enamel, precious and semi-precious stones as described in each product sheet.

Each creation is created by hand by expert Italian goldsmiths: for this reason we believe that any imperfections that may be found are an expression of the uniqueness of the jewel.

Each package with our jewels will be accompanied by an appropriate declaration of conformity which certifies the quality of the materials and the production process.

PAYMENT

The only accepted means of payment are via Paypal, credit card and bank transfer (manual method).

All payments will be made in euros (€)

We will not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of delivery of the product ordered if your credit card is declined for any reason.

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.
